PA Sea Grant conducts and supports scientific research that addresses the protection of the state’s waters and coastal ecosystems by partnering with government agencies and other entities to conduct research and by providing funding and resources for scientists and others in the state.

Fellowship Opportunities For federal and agency fellowships, we will process and forward application materials to the National Sea Grant office or appropriate state agency. Pennsylvania applications for fellowships should be submitted to the Pennsylvania Sea Grant Office.
